Talking about it, I thought that it is a good time to mention again the ‘Ignore user’ button we have added awhile ago. ‘Ignore’ might not be the nicest word, but there is no need to say it is a necessary one. Online dating has brought to us numerous benefits and opportunities. Unfortunately, people will be people and when it happens that they show their bad (spammer) side, we have to be prepared to deal with it, right?
So, about this ‘Ignore user’ button… It appears on the right side, when you receive a message in your Inbox. It is basically ‘problem-solved-with-a-click’ button so all you need to do is press it and you will never be bothered by this person again. It would be really helpful if you, like some have done already, send us an e-mail. Just send the name and short explanation to helpdesk@soul2match.com so that we know what is the problem.
The next feature which is coming to the website shortly will allow you to easily report any spam or abuse, again with just a click.
